The PSA Mumbai Terminal Operations Office is a landmark 33,000 sq. ft. corporate and operations workspace designed and executed by Neelanjan Gupto Design Co. as part of PSA Mumbai Phase 2. This expansion established India’s largest container terminal with an annual handling capacity of 4.8 million TEUs. Completed on 15 May 2026, this state-of-the-art facility supports the continuous operations of one of India’s busiest maritime logistics hubs. Unlike a conventional corporate office, the project was planned around operational efficiency, integrating a 50-seater Operations Control Centre, dedicated SCADA Room, executive offices, collaborative workspaces, meeting rooms, operational support areas, locker rooms, hot shower facilities, recreation spaces, and modern employee amenities. Every layout, circulation path, workstation, and support zone was strategically designed to enhance workflow, communication, comfort, and productivity in a 24×7 operational environment.
